Aloha, thank you for stopping by and taking time to see how I can be of service to you. I am a full-time/service REALTOR licensed in Virginia serving the Hampton Roads Area since 2005. My support team and I have years of experience in representing both Sellers and Buyers helping them achieve their real estate goals; from conducting data analytics and data mining, conducting/preparing comparative market analysis, providing wide-world marketing to include both digital and social media, contract negotiations, pre-foreclosure negotiations, conducting private seller and buyer consultations, professional home staging, securing home financing, coordinating/scheduling home service provider appointments from contract to closing; we do everthing that gets you closer to your real estate goals.

 

My prior military experience/skills as a Personal Affairs Specialist and Casualty Affairs officer has served me well in my current profession as a REALTOR. Selling and buying a home can be a very stressful event in a person's life but it doesn't have to be. I will walk you through each step of the way. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with each decision you make in a real estate transaction. Before your first showing appointment or before we place a "FOR SALE" sign in your yard; you will receive a private-face-to-face consultation with me to go over the entire process from beginning to close.
